i have a lanka and i need advices about modding this beauty
at the moment i have : Serration, split chamber, vital sense, Speed Trigger, Point strike ,hellfire and stormbringer, some advices and modifications to maximize my dps?

You can use the DPS Calculator here: https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/90706-unofficial-weapon-dps-calculator/ to easily mess with different builds to find the optimum for DPS in a given situation. Sometimes the results can be surprising.

Edit For the record my Lanka is "V V V V -" and I can personally attest to the effectiveness of these builds.
