(Help!) Steam Platinum Payment

I'd like to know if it is possible to buy a 20$ Steam wallet card and use Warframe's option to pay with steam and split the 20$ by buying 10$ worth of platinum on two accounts using one steam account.

 

(Assuming I could log in one account and deduct 10$ from steam account and log into another account and spend the rest of the 10$ using the same steam account)

You can buy them both on the same account...you just have to space them out in time. For some reason the system does like when you try to buy multiple Plat packs at once.

It immediately activates on this account (log out and then back in) and stays active for 48 hours. If you got 50% off, forget the $10 packs and get a single higher value one. You'll get far more plat.
