Cetus missions are auto failing players for no reason

DE you need to acknowledged that the cetus bounties are failing good players randomly. One specific example is this morning. At 10:10AM Mountain time another bounty in cetus was failed. Why? You never spawned in the enemy. Multiple attempts at low level missions auto failed. I didn't even get my journal fragments and im mr 21. The plains are discribed as glitchy not rewarding and to most just down right unfair. The only thing predictable on cetus is the auto fail for me friends and probably even you. A fix needs to occur ASAP. As well we should be given our mission rewards from all previous auto failed bounties.
