I Have A Bug Please Help Me

Hello. i try to do a bolto gun for akbolto but i can't.. i buy  bolto blueprint (and akbolto blueprint)  and ask me 1 LOTO ,800 polymer and... bla bla... I can press the build button but say to me to chouse a loto but dont give anything to pick... but i have loto in my inventory.. so is  but.. i think.. and i want to know if is but just to me or everyone have this bug....

CLick on the lato on the Bolto blueprint  and select the lato you wish to use, that should do it. there is a menu kinda hidden there.
