Fogged Screen during Fissure Run

So, I encountered this error shortly after the update dropped. This is before the hotfix a moment ago, so not sure if this is still valid or not, but it needs to be shown. The majority of the time I was in this Axi Fissure on Sedna the screen would fog up like this every time a fissure went off, with a long clear line randomly showing up in the mess. This basically made the game almost unplayable with how much blur was going on here.
