Apart from looking bad &#!, the sword seems to have a higher reach. I was hitting walls that werent reachable by the sword. So aparently there is a big difference. While we were talking I managed to join these guys and beat the boss. If you are onlinen and I see you in and hour after this post is made you can join me and we can do the last level together. The dagger has 25 power and 1.0 rate. The icon of it looks like a sword in the menus, but it really is a dagger; the first hit is a thrust and the reach of it is terrible and it has almost no arc.
