Farming For Frost

Hi, I need help farming for the warframe Frost, the only place to get his Blueprint parts are at the ceres assassiantion mission for Lech Krill. I cannot get to that mission due to the fact nobody plays on that planet, I have asked around in recruiting multiple times and no one can really help me. People either don't have the assassination mission  unlocked or do not want the regular Frost. Please help, i need all the help I can get. Good luck trying to get any BP's out of him, even if you get to the mission. His drops are borked right now. I've been trying to get Frost Systems for 3 nights in a row with no luck.

All bosses have the same rate of blueprint drops, systems are usually the pain for some people, others its the chassis.
