Considering the game is still in beta, the means of reporting bugs and feedback is suprisingly bad.

Example:

In the new grineer tileset are a lot of dark areas and my flashlight stays out, i want to report a bug. If i search through the forum to check whether the bug is already reported i find multiple threads talking about it (this is much more difficult with older bugs, since there is no sorting option for "relevance" when searching the forum!). However I cannot see any acknowledgement from DE that they know about the bug. I do not know, if they are completely unaware of the but, they are already working on the issue or if they have seen the comment, but it is actually a design choice to let us wander around in the dark.

 

What we need is some kind of bug tracker, which shows to us which bugs have already been trackd and dont need reporting anymore. This would minimize both our as well as DE's work.
