Question Concerning Clan Deletion And Resource Reallocation.

Sup Tenno,

 

I tried to search the forums but it seems the search function is lacking significantly, so i am forced to ask here.

 

What happens if i'm in a clan, and i decide to destroy rooms to accommodate the new design and grid, but instead decide to just disband the clan, does everyone that contributed get their resources back?

 

Also I recently left my clan and started a new one; if resources are indeed reallocated to it's owners, will I need to not be in my new clan? Thanks in advance.
