Idea for new clan promotion UI

First I would like to start out by saying that I run a decently sized clan. My clan ranks are based on MR. It gets kind of hard promoting people to the rank that goes along with their MR. 

Let me use an example. I recruit a MR 20 to my clan. I have to find him in the roster and I have to promote him to the next rank. I have to find him in the next set of ranks and promote him again and so on till he has the right clan rank. It is slow and tedious to promote someone when you run a larger clan.

The idea:

Make a new UI (user interface) that lets you choose which clan rank you want the player to be instead of having to keep promoting them and finding them in the roster over and over. 

Once you click promote, a UI should pop up with your clan's ranks and you choose the rank that corresponds to the person. This would be easier, simpler, and a lot cleaner. It would make the warlord/general's job a lot easier when it comes to running the clan.

Please let me know any thoughts or ideas on how to improve upon my idea.
