Onslaught extraction and level transition

I think the current portal mechanic used for both transitioning between the levels and extracting from the mission should be ditched in favour of the more simple, familiar, reliable and transparent mechanic used in other endless missions. Make the players fizzle out automatically once the time reaches zero and spawn them in the next level and every other round after the reward make the familiar continue/leave UI of endless missions popup. This eliminates problems with players getting stuck and not being able to get to the portal (happened twice so far during my runs) and also players not simultaneously arriving in the new level and the incomplete team getting slaughtered because a key player was missing (probably #1 reason for dying in onslaught in my experience). It also lets player transparently see which players are going to leave so they can decide whether they want to go on and whether they gonna run into a host migration if they do.
