Obstacle Course Clan Affinity

The new customizable obstacle course is miles better than the old static one, which was outdated ever since Parkour 2.0 came out. And yet it's still the older variant which grants 15000 clan affinity, while the newer one grants none. So we have to either keep somewhere in the dojo a room that's now become obsolete, or stay short of 15000 clan affinity, considering that "first build affinity" is actually "at least one room existing affinity" (it's taken away when you destroy all instances of said room).

And before you say "but Temple of Honor": Temple of Honor can be used as a large cross-connector and doesn't take too much space. Obstacle Course is a massive dead end room which needs either to have the entire neighbourhood planned with it in mind, or to be built somewhere far away in unused areas.
