Universal Abilities

I had an idea about adding abilities that could be used by any frame such as things like,

 

Shield Boost, Grants Double shields for 15 seconds, 45 sec Cooldown

 

Rifle Charge, Grants 25% extra rifle damage for 5 seconds, Cooldown of 30 seconds

 

Replenish, Restores 35% of max health over 15 seconds, 1 min cooldown

 

 

also a little different but abilities like being able to place a turret, or a defensive wall. Kind of like volts shield, but the wall would need be to be destructible and solid, but last till destroyed.
