Was stuck in infinite fall loop

I was playing defense corpus. I jumped to the platform where the objective is, I didn't land on it. Instead I wall grip the left side of it and then I let go. I was then falling and it kept putting me back in the same spot I was under the platform. It went all black because the camera was in the platform. It went on for 3 mins and I tried to /unstuck but it didn't work, so I just ended up leaving.

I encountered the same issue in the same tile in the same location, although I entered the loop by accidentally bullet jumping under the platform. Here is footage from stream.
