Hail Tenno!

Transmutation finally arrived a while ago and excitement was in the air!
Thoug.. some players got disappointed about how the system worked.

How Transmutation work:
Choose 4x Modules of the lower rank you don't want. Click Transmute. Pay some cash. And you will get a new random Module of any kind.

 

Problem:

-Players can get the same Module they just transmutated.

-Cost a lot of cash to do just to get the same Module again.

-Players can get a Common Module out of Transmutating 4x Rare.

 

Suggestion:
-When you Transmutate 4x Modules of Common, you'll get an Uncommon Module. Transmuting 4x Uncommon Modules turns the Module into 1x Rare Module.

-Transmutating 4x Rare will turn the Module into another Rare.

-Transmutating 2x Common and 2x Uncommon Modules will result in a 50% chance the Module will turn out to be a Rare Module.

OOOorrrrrrrr..... (and maybe less game-breaking (because guaranteed rares kind of are...))

 

You can set the polarity-slot you want to transmute to. So the mod you will gain will still be random, but at least your certain it will have a certain polarity. Example of how this could work out:

 

Someone has alot of uncommon =-polarity (skills) mods. And a serration (v-polarity) to max. He could then:

- put all these =-mods into serration (which gives it very little xp)

- transmute all these =-mods into v-polarity mods, (making them a little more efficient for fusing with serration, and giving him the chance to transmute into another serration: the real benifit to be gained).
