The hunt for [Brown] October

In my clan dojo I'm going through the motions this summer to get through the colors and I'm currently on Oak Brown-pigments. Now, Oak Brown pigments are supposed to drop from Grineer Butcher's according to the UI and it does, kinda', sort-of. The *only place I get these Oak Brown pigment-drops are from Ceres:Pallas and nowhere else -- even on Ceres itself. How about narrowing it down a bit, like brown butcher's, not green, not orange and on Ceres.

So annoying.
