Ramparts/Turrets not effected by sensitivity

So my Sensitivity is as low as it can go(though I'd prefer to have it lower) but when I use a turret it ramps it all the way up. I can't track or flick to anything, I'd find them way more useful if they didn't ruin my aim and they were better positioned. Perhaps even allow people to create and deploy them but thats besides the point.
