Obstacle Course Architect & Dojo capacity

Hello there,

I would like to build the Obstacle Course Architect, but before doing it, there's something that pays me attention.

I saw that this room costs 0 dojo capacity, and as I know, I will have 700 capacity slots inside this room in order to create my own obstacle course.

So do this room's dojo capacity increases with adding more and more obstacles in the room, or does this room costs 0 dojo capacity forever?
