Making the mission sumarry shows what enemies or objects have you scanned in the items reward

I'm kind of a "completionist" and i wanna complete everything in the codex, or what i can complete, and sometimes my helios makes the scan sound and i don't know what it scanned.

For example, i have scanned everyting on Mars, and then i run one survival mission and i hear the scan sound that make helios, but i don't know what i scanned, so i go to the codex and look what hasn't been completed yet, but since there are a lot of objects and enemies that doesn't show in the codex i still won't know what i have scanned.

So my suggestion is, to show what i have scanned on the items reward of the mission sumary, or at least making a new tab naming it "scanned object & enemies" or something. Or show in the codex the last 10 objects and enemies that has been scanned.
