Cetus Gate - Where's the peoples?

I've had this feeling for a while now, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it, till today.

Cetus gate and the plains side of it is completely and utterly devoid of life! ( Except for that lone Condroc that some times hangs round)

Let's get us some activity in this area, have a couple of scattered sentries protecting the gate watching over the traders, pilgrims, or Ostrons waiting to head out into the plains.
Have some hawkers trying to do some last minute trades with all the comings and goings.

Make Cetus a little more alive.

(On a side note, voice line frequency from traders and vendors need to be tweaked or expanded :P)
