Market Bundles Tab Scrolls Slowly

When in the market, I have noticed that the bundles tab (and only that tab it seems) scrolls slowly. Specifically, the response time is slow: I turn my scroll wheel a single click, and it takes a moment for it to move down. If I turn my scroll wheel down multiple clicks, the delay still applies, and if I recall correctly, it ignores the extra turns until it is done scrolling down the first click.

Also, totally unrelated issue I found that I didn't want to create a whole other thread for:

When trying to apply the arid fear emblem to dethcube, the slingstone emblem appears instead. Don't know if this belongs in UI bugs or what, but there's also that.
