Alliance Message of The Day permissions

As it stands right now in a clan, permissions to modify the message of the day can be given via the "Ruler" privilege tag. This tag may be given to any role with just a flip of a switch.

To my knowledge, no such switch exists for Alliance MOTD. Changing the Alliance MOTD is limited only to clan founders/warlords.

My suggestion is that there should be a privilege to be given to other alliance members (or even just other roles within a clan) to allow non-warlords to change the Message of the Day for Alliances.

I may not know how this may affect larger clans with many more members, but within my own extremely small alliance, I like to manage the MOTD myself. I am not the warlord of my clan, and my warlord isnt on too often.
