Suggestion {Throwable Primary - Tomahawks}

Appearance: fully metal sheet shaped like a tomahawk without any cover for a handle with a few fancy shaped holes for reducing the weight, ammo is contained in the holster blades up/handles down under the armpit.
Firing animation: left hand holds around 4 tomahawks in a fan style, left hand lightly throws the tomahawk into the right hand then the throwing hand starts the swinging motion and etc.
Reload animation: left hand bends, grabs the handles from the holster that is located under the left armpit and forcibly removes the from the holster by a downward motion with a loud friction sound.

Projective animation:The flight time of a tomahawk must be slow and if possible i would like to see spiral like trace line with a visible rotation of the projective.
Ammo used: shotgun
Ammo clip: 4
Reload speed: 1.2

Fire rate: 3 (weak nonsecondary mods wont allow lighting fast firing + i suppose the animation of the swing will make it slower)
Firing mod: auto.
Damage: 150 impact

Crit rate: 20% with a 2X multyplier

Proc chance 0
Special traits:foes will get damage if hit by a flying corpse

P.S. sorry for my english

I actually really like this idea, but you gave it too much strength, maybe if it had these changes...

Ammo:2 one in each hand

Ammo used: Sniper

Reload: 1-1.2 seconds

On reload you would reach back and pull out two axes, they would be two in a holster like the Dual Zoren how one axe is on your lower back, but just a second one facing the other way, you would reach back with both hands and pull one out in each hand.

i would say the fire rate should be about 2-3 more then that and these could get very OP too quickly.

Automatic fire just makes sense

for damage id say about 60-75, leaning more towards 60 with Physical impact Damage type.

and 10% crit chance with 2.0X crit damage.

Just my Two Cents, mean no offence with this post

Cheers

Please offer you suggestions on the dmg it should have to fit it into a primary role=)

Keep on coming up with the suggestions ppl - if game developers decide to build this weapon at least they should have a huge scale data on the opinions - after all they will make the stats the way they think would be fit.

Secondary*

Then I'd +1, this doesn't seem to fit the Primary role.

But Gimo, think of it like this, you love throwing weapons, but you love your Dual Vastos/Vipers/Kraken/Ect., so you could have something like this in primary, and then use your favorite pistol.

But Gambel, think of it like this, you love your Braton rifle, but you also enjoy using throwing weapons, so you could have something like this as your secondary, and then use your Braton rifle.

The "throwing specialist" from the Cold Steel usually holds multiple axes in the left hand - thats how i planned it - just the hands should be not downward but in front on the lvl of a solar plexus. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Prl3YFep7TE

The holster i imagined in my head was something like this but closer to the chest http://www.guns-accessories.com/image/cache/data/newS/n/UNDER%20ARM%20LEATHER%20BELT%20HOLSTER-700x500.jpg

Throwing tomahawks are a great idea, but they would be best off as melee weapons similar to the glaive. They would match the vastos and pave way for a lever action repeater and cowboy frame.

Well there are tactical knifes and throwing knifes so i see no problem. Like a certain meme says "Why not both?" =) although i cant really imagine the tomahawk that will return into a hand after the throw T_T
