Mastery Rank Test Never Begins And Cant Try Again

so I managed to get enough exp to rank up and I was ready to take the test
but after pressing rank up a loading screen appears aaand I find myself in my ship and well ... confused

then I try again and yeah guess what..

the game now thinks I failed the test and wont let me try again until certain amount of time
even though I never got to the test


very very frustrating to say the least :D
hope DE gets this fixed
