Cant Rank Up

So im new to the game and im rank 0. When i click on the rank up button i get the box to say are you sure and i hit yes, it takes me to a load screen them throws me back to my ship.

 

I click on the rank up again and it says i have to wait 24 hours, this happened to me yesterday as well. gets a bit boring stuck at rank 0 and cant get any better equipment because im exp locked.

 

Anyway i can fix this? no point in playing if i cant rank up.

Its a nasty bug that DE has to fix. With more and more threads like this, I really hope they fix it soon. Seems to be a pretty big issue.

Yep this has been going on for days. its getting really anoying now.

 

there have been a good few threads about this but no corispondance as to weather its being delt with

Bit of a shame, i really like this game but this is a game breaking bug and as such i wont bother logging in until its fixed.

Same thing happened to me yesterday, I went to rank up from 2 - 3, but I went to a loading screen and warped me back to my ship, thought I'd give ago after waiting 24hrs, but the same thing happened again, so now I have to wait another 24hrs v_v.
