Can't Scan Death Orbs

As my quest for filling my Codex I really into get all my scan and object are easier then other.

But for some reason I can't scan the death orb as it always display that i'm complete it.

So i really been more upset that my Helios however scan every damn orokin turrent, sure they not expensive but still.

I may not the only one here, right?

 

at a litte off topic what enemy is between the Guardsman and Guardsman Ex. ? I mean the prosecutor is the Guardsman Ex. ? 

I'm grateful that the get rid of the scout but that one is a myth to me, hehe.
