Weapons Rank Inconsistent Between Arsenal & Profile / Unranked Prisma Gorgon Suddenly Gains 2 Ranks

BUG REPORT 1 :

 

I have a Max Rank KOHM in my Arsenal, but in the Profile it shows up as Rank 18. Also, I had ranked the Dual Ether to max rank, which i then sold. But in the Profile UI it still shows Rank 18.

 

NOTE : I had leveled both these weapons at the same time, and both maxed at the same time.

BUG REPORT 2 :

 

I had bought 2 Prisma Gorgons from the Void Trader last week. One of them i have maxed and forma'd and then maxed again. The second Primsa Gorgon was completely UNRANKED all this time. When i check today, i see it's Rank 2, which should not happen since i have never even equipped it.

 

I have checked by trading with a Friend that it is not only a UI BUG but there is XP on that weapon which i am not responsible for. This has robbed me of a potential Trade for Platinum from the community.

For number 2, that might have been because you got rifle/ weapon experience in the daily log in rewards before DE stopped void trader and syndicate weapons for being able to get xp from log in rewards.

 

Also the profile UI has been broken for a while, they attempted to fix it with 15.11 and hotfixes, guess it still needs work.

I hope the Profile Weapons XP bug is fixed soon.

 

I was unaware that an XP Boost Login Reward could add unwanted XP to unranked Void Trader weapons. Is there a proper thread for this bug that you could kindly direct me to or is there some way i can get this problem fixed, since it has made the weapon useless as a trade now?
