Orokin Delerict Weird Teleporting After Opening Vault

Just now did few Vault runs and in one run when I opened vault I got teleported somewhere under map, it was pretty far away from vault doors. After about 3 runs another guy got same issue, but he spawned in map not under.

It was Exterminate btw.

I've gotten this issue before, and it's been pretty consistent whenever my friends and I open vaults. Except once when I used my key, it dropped me into another part of the map that had ALL of the spawns for the exterminate run.

 

Needless to say, it was interesting. I think it was sometime after U17 that people started to get this issue.

Something similar happened to me too, except instead of teleporting me below the map I would fall through the floor into a black void as soon as I put the key in the door. After 10 seconds I'd end up back in the right spot, but it's still a weird glitch.

This consistently happens to me after trying to open the vault........anyone got a fix?

Has happened to me too. My friend and I kept doing ODEs for a hobbled vault. When we finally found one and I used the key, I was teleported into a nearby elevator. My friend said I was still standing in front of him when it happened, until I moved into the part of the tileset that he was in. This isn't much of a problem, but it is still annoying. I was a Trinity P. and he was (I believe) a Rhino.
