Transcendant Posted February 11, 2016 Share Posted February 11, 2016 I have a y40-80 with an i7 5500u that has a r9 m275 GPU. I hve made sure to priorotize warframe to my r9 and when I play I get a maximum of 40+ FPS with everything maxed. Problem is even when I turn all settings to the lowest and when I'm on the ship my FPS drops to 10FPS every 30 seconds or so then it goes right back up to the normal frame rate. The strangest thing is when I run it on the intel GPU (Intel HD 5500u) I get constant frame rate of 22FPS give or take a frame. I can run shadow or mordor with ease and many other heavy games on the R9 but this annoying issue with warframe is bugging me. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
RageTillDawn Posted February 13, 2016 Share Posted February 13, 2016 got the same problem mate, I got a geforce gtx 970m with 6gb vram, and an intel 5800, but somehow since two or three days these framedrops set in constantly. its like my gaming netbook doesnt want to give full power, i even gave full rotorspeed on my fans, my gpu is running super cool but the fps drops wont stop and the gpu doesnt give full power somehow, i m kind of frustrated like u are. normally i got around 220 fps while in game with everything maxed in settings but now it somehow drops like u mentioned, pls guys and maybe devs, we need a solution :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
