    Sortie 3 Mobile Defense in Lua bugged

    When we finished the defense on a orokin principle tile, the datamass went through underground. Can't be picked up.

    At some point, through some weird magic, I was able to pick it up. Only to be massacred by S#&$ton of enemies. Then it dropped further.

    Was not able to get the sortie, then it reset. Slammed by desk out of frustration because I did not get the sortie of the day.

    Music? That's... seriously weird. IDK, maybe somehow your Library folder for Pictures got swapped with Music?

     

    I checked my library target folders, everything's fine and pointing to the right folders. That is so weird as hell. Anyway, thanks! Hopefully somebody can find this thread some day if they are experiencing the same problems.

    Okay, what version is your Windows? Do you changed your target folder for your Pictures folder to another target?

    From CB to certain update version (I forgot which one, but I think it's before Steam integration), yes, it uses the Capture folder inside the WF game folder. On the current version, it should have sent those screenshots to Warframe folder inside your Pictures folder of your User folder.

     

    I am currently running Windows 7. Yes, prior to this I have my documents set to my D:/ drive with its own Pictures folder. All other games managed to properly store their data on this new folder. I searched

     

    Yeah exactly that's what I've gathered based on other topics and posts about the same matter. I already checked my Pictures folder and Documents folder, neither of those had a Warframe folder. I even created a new My Pictures and Pictures folder on my C:/Users/[my name] folder and set the default target of my library to those folders, still, Warframe did not create the folders and logged the same empty Wrote commands.

     

    Thank you for your time though. Hopefully a developer or someone from DE could explain what's happening or if it's a bug that's gone unnoticed.

     

    ignore what I said previously. Holy S#&$balls it's located in my Music folder. But why the F***? Lmao?

    F6 screenshots goes to User_Folder\Pictures\Warframe, since it was taken by the game. Different from F12, who uses Steam.

     

    Yeah, thank you, but just like what I pointed out in A, such folder does not exist. I just replaced my user with [HIDDEN] but practically I just looked for the same thing.

     

     

    Instead of ranting about a problem that actually doesn't exist (since you're just looking in the wrong place, since Warframe's screencap function is independent of Steam), I suggest getting a LITTLE more information before starting something like this.

     

    Your tone makes it clear that you're gonna flame on me for this comment, so I'm just going to advise you look at Athros' comment and take my leave.

     

    I am not ranting. I don't know if you understood or read what I just said, but I already looked intensively for solutions, both here in the Warframe forums, Reddit, and the Steam Community. Either you missed point A or you're just too lazy to read what I wrote.

     

    Also, assuming a problem does not exist because it works for you, does not completely invalidate its existence in all other users. Judging me based on my whatever "tone" you have interpreted in my post is irrelevant to the point I am trying to raise: the screenshot folder simply does not exist.

     

    Finally, if you guys check the log and can interpret basic logging syntax, the logs clearly say it's writing nothing (Hence the Wrote and blank afterwards). I assume after Wrote it's supposed to point out the exact filename and path of the screenshot (Just like the variety of games I've worked with in the past). But in this case it does not log it, so I assume the F6 feature in this case does not work at all.

    Hello Tenno!

     

    I would just like to ask a question about screenshots. Specifically the F6 type of screenshots. Where and how is the "Captures" folder created? Is it during installation or when you press F6 for the first time? I am a Steam user. I cannot find the built-in screenshots folder nor the screenshots, and I can only use the F12 type of screenshot (which is a feature in Steam I hate because it does not hide the UI).

     

    Now, before you slam me with your "search the wiki" or "google it" bullS#&$, here's what's already given:

     

    A) I already googled solutions. It seems like there's no Downloaded/Public/Captures in my Steam Warframe Folder. Neither does in my C:/Users/[HIDDEN]/AppData/Local/Warframe/ nor even C:/Users/[HIDDEN]/My Pictures or simply Pictures folder. No trace of the screenshot folder at all.

     

    B) I already searched my drive for the Captures folder. Nothing found.

     

    C) All Warframe executables are set for Run as Administrator. Verified game cache in Steam with no problems.

     

    D) I spammed the F6 button in Warframe and checked the logs, here's what I found:

    Can your keyboard press W + SHIFT + SPACE at the same time?

    If you cannot jump while holding W + SHIFT down then it cannot.

     

    I had that problem. My solution was binding jump to another key.

     

    Weird, binding the jump key to another key did work. Huh? Is this a bug or something? I used to do wallruns seamlessly before the recent update.
