Just built them and noticed the same issue. Then farmed more titanium and built the Sigma MK2 engines because I'm tired of being slow. They don't appear to give any speed increase either.

I believe the Smeeta Kavat charm buffs may be interfering with the player being awarded the correct number of tags from conservation hunts.
I received a 12 hour resource booster for my login reward. Did conservation for a couple hours to build a floof collection. The mission reward screen showed that the tag drops were doubled, but after visiting The Business to trade tags, I noticed that I had far less tags than I expected.
I then decided to test if it was just the resource booster not working, before making a bug report. Collected 3 delicate pobbers while under the influence of smeeta kavat's resource/affinity doubling charm buff, and the resource booster. The mission extraction screen showed that I had acquired 12 tags. I checked my inventory and had been awarded 4 tags.
I then tried again with no kavat (or any companion). Captured 3 delicate pobbers. The mission reward screen said I had acquired 6 tags. I checked my inventory and had received 6 tags.
I tested again with no kavat. Received the expected number of tags (6 for 3 captures). Then tested again with the kavat and received 6 tags for 3 captures. However the kavat did not use any charm buff during this test.
I then tested again with the smeeta kavat, and waited for it to cast a buff from charm before calling/capturing the pobbers. The kavat cast the 30s duration critical chance increase buff. I then captured the pobbers and returned to town. Extraction screen showed 6 collected sunny pobber tags. Only 2 had been added to my inventory.
All pobbers (in all of these tests and during my farming before I found something was wrong) were collected rapidly, after being put to sleep by Ivara's sleep arrow. All pobbers were considered perfect captures.

The rotation A loot table for tier 1 defense missions contains Neo B4 relics instead of Lith H2 relics.

Starting in update 22.12.0 or one of the hotfixes immediately following it, the Vruush turrets on the plains now seem to target Titania (in Razorwing mode) as if she was an archwing, firing seeking missiles that instantly kill her. Since she does not get any warning of incoming projectiles, as you do in archwing mode, I assume this is unintentional.

Excellent post.
I would love to see some changes to these weapons that require a large amount of clicking. (Old) Akbolto and Latron Prime were some of my favorite weapons, years ago, but I had to stop using them regularly because the rapid clicking, or even mouse scrolling, for long periods led to pain in my hands. I'm thoroughly enjoying the new akbolto prime, but there is no way that I would use it for long without the ability of my current mouse to set up an autofire button.
I would like to see either autofire as a bindable key, or an alternate autofire mode for certain semi-auto weapons.

I've double checked some new (to me) mods that I know I should have, (Avalanche from building Frost, for example), and they are definitely not there.

I'm having the same problem. Can successfully loot fusion cores, resources, blueprints. Can not successfully loot any mod from any source.
Lost a few rare mods and all of the abilities for a newly built warframe before I got suspicious enough to really look at what I was getting after each mission.
I suspect it started for me at some point early Friday morning (EST). I didn't receive a rare mod after the host of a defense mission crashed or disconnected during the loading screen, after the mission ended. Was stuck at a black screen that said "Waiting for Players..." until I closed the game's process 10 minutes later. Immediately after that, I was stuck in a black screen after the claim+exit part of a defense mission that I was hosting, and received no mods there. Chalked those two up to random glitches and didn't watch inventory very closely, until my newly built warframe didn't come with any abilities either.
I put in a support ticket. Here's hoping they can restore what was lost.
Regarding Incarnon Hate...

Hate has been my most used melee across all my playtime. Strongly dislike the incarnon self stagger. Feels about as useful as having a meme riven on a launcher that shoots backwards.
The projectile stops when it hits an enemy and then explodes a moment later. Angling camera higher helps a bit, but unless you're always missing enemies with the explosive, it'll still knock you down pretty often.
You do block (with your melee weapon) the explosion automatically if it's within 60 degrees of your crosshair, but to make use of that you have to be pretty deliberate in your movement and aiming.
