  1. So I posted this idea on Reddit first, and it kinda got a lot of mixed reviews. So I've fine tuned it a bit, and decided to post it here. Let me know what you think!

    The Backstory:
Using Alad V's technology we are able to create a hybrid warframe monstrosity. Following the path you sought out to destroy, instead of destroying the Zanuka project, it's research and machines. You can instead choose to alter the plans to create your very own unique* warframe. Using parts from other warframes, you build any warframe to your particular play style.

*As unique as you can get before the community figured out the best possible set-up.

    How it would work:

Once a year, during the Halloween/Day of the Dead celebration, you can choose to create a single warframe by sacrificing your own resources and a single level 30 warframe of your choosing. The best way I could see this going is by giving the Franken-Frame a unique passive to every single Franken-Frame, different from any standard warframe. "Monstrosity: Your level cap is 40." Doing this would give the Franken-Frame a unique style to it, in that it would be the first warframe to exceed the level 30 cap. Without having to steal a passive from one of the parts used to create it.

Passive: (as listed above) "Monstrosity: This Frames max rank is 40."

Neuroptics: Choosing any existing warframe's Neuroptics will give the Franken-Frame it's masters 1 ability. As well as aesthetically giving it said helmet.

Chassis: Choosing any existing warframe's Chassis will give the Franken-Frame it's masters 2 ability. As well as aesthetically giving it the same body as the master chassis used to create it.

Systems: Choosing any existing warframe's Systems will give the Franken-Frame it's masters 3 ability. As well as aesthetically giving it the color scheme of the used frame. (Whatever the base frames colors normally are.)

One Fully built and leveled frame: To make this monstrosity you will need to sacrifice any existing frame that you have on hand, so long as it is max rank. (rank 30) Doing so will give your Franken-Frame the used warframe's 4 ability. As well as giving access to the frames Noble and and Agile Animation for free.

Example: Using Revenant's Helmet, Harrow's Chassis, Nekros's System, and a Valkyr Warframe. Would give the Franken-Frame Revenat's Enthrall, Harrow's Penance, Nekros's Desecrate, and Valkyr's Hysteria.

Statistics: Armor, Energy, Health, Shield, and Sprint speed will all be determined by adding every warframes statistics together, and dividing by 4. IE, Revenant's Helmet, Harrow's Chassis, Nekros's System, and a Valkyr Warframe. Would give the Franken-Frame, at rank 1, 100 Health (400 at rank 40) 130 Shield (515 at rank 40), 230 Armor, 110 Energy (226 at rank 40), and 1.1 Sprint Speed. Primed Variations* are taken into account. So for the previously mentioned, if you were to use Nekros Prime Systems, and a Valkyr Prime Warframe, the stats would be at rank 1, 100 Health (400 at rank 40) 140 Shield (575 at rank 40), 255 Armor, 125 Energy (251 at rank 40), and 1.1 Sprint Speed.

*However, it will only be considered a Prime Warframe, if you Sacrifice a fully built Prime Warframe. (This would mainly be used for the Orokin Void Death Orb bonus energy, and Baro Ki'Teer saying "You look fabulous darling.")

    Notes:

    - You can only make one Franken-Frame per event, so choose wisely. (Alternatively, you only get 1 free one per event.)

    - After the event, you would have to wait another year until being able to create a new Franken-Frame out of that years available warframes in the game.

    - The Franken-Frame would be able to use the ability augment mods that are offered to the masters frame. But only if they have that ability. Ie the example Franken-Frame could use Nekro's Despoil augment.

    - All purchased accessories will become available to that frame once it's created. So long as that frame is in the Franken-Frame. Ie, Harrow's Graxx Helmet, Nekros's Graxx Body, whatever colors you want, with Revenant's Agile animation.

    - Once built You will get One free Polarization, to place wherever you see fit. Two for Primed Variations.

    - If the Sacrificed Warframe had an Exilus adapter and Orokin Reactor installed, the Franken-Frame will come preinstalled with them as well.

    - The Statistics math is determined by rounding to the nearest tenth. Ie, the sprint speed was ([1.0+1.0+1.1+1.1]/4=1.05 Rounded up to the nearest tenth, 1.1)

-If an ability were to be buffed/nerfed on the main frame, the Franken-Frame would also receive the buff/nerf. This excludes reworked abilities, ie when Vauban finally gets his rework and they were to update Tesla to something completely different, the Franken-Frame would still keep the old version of Tesla. The Franken-Frame was built in the era of the old Vauban, and it's creator liked the idea of throwing grenades. (That being said, once they were reworked and got updated augment mods, the old ones would still be available to the people who had it, but only for sale during the Franken-Frame event.)

    - I assume for balance standards they would be banned from pvp.

    - I also assume if DE were to implement this they might sell a little grab bag bundle, so like for $30 you'd get a random rank 30 warframe, a random Neuroptics, Chassis, and Systems. As well as, if not instead doing, an event long open prime vault. This would just include the ability to get them from relic drops, not actually having an available accessory pack.

    - There are many pros and cons to this whole situation, but honestly If they were pve locked I'd say the more the merrier. Plus this would give Veterans a little bit of new content without actually adding in new content. Especially if you main a couple frames and just wish you could mash them together. It would also give something to look forward to, besides just the Day of the Dead swag each year.

    - As a redditer pointed out, Warframes that have quest only blueprints, and you can only get one of. Would be hard to come to terms with sacrificing. Or even farming another one for the soul purpose of sacrificing. So perhaps DE could do a little blueprint purchase from the shop (If you completed the quest of course.) During the time of the event.

    - Perhaps they could implement a way to buy extra Franken-Frame Blue Prints, so you could build a second or even third frame for a price of some platinum. But they couldn't be traded to other players, as to not hike up the prices after the event.

    - Some frames have abilities that could just be placed on any frame and it would be fine. Maybe through beta testing there could be specific abilities that couldn't be paired together. Or couldn't be taken from certain frames. Ie, Equinox's Metamorphosis would just be useless on literally any other frame.
