[Kubro Collar Quest Glitched]

So i completed ny kubrow quest a while ago and i inported my profile frin pc to xbox and since the kubro is glitched and says i cant go with it i need a collar but the quest for the collar is already completed

So i imported my profile from pc to xbox and i had to start the kubro quest again and im at the collar part my kubrow is fully grown up but it says i cant equip it i need a collar but i have no collar quest on any planet please help !
