  1. I would love the operators to be able to enter their idle animation (Vazarin, Naramon, etc.) if they have not shot their amp for a short period of time. Like Warframes after not shooting their weapon for a short time, they will aim their weapon for a bit, then they default to their idle animation.

  3. Warframe sometimes has trouble with the new player experience. One of the noticeable problems is proper tutorials. Usually, players have to rely on third-party websites (wiki, YouTube, Forums) to gain information about the game’s systems, like modding, fusion, resources, damage, and etc.


    Because of the complexity of Warframe and lack of tutorials, it can deter players from playing the game and will make players drop it as soon as they play it.


    But the other side says that because of the difficulty and complexity of learning the game, it can bring in players who will be committed to actually playing the game. Using the wiki, and asking the community for help. Not treating them like idiots who haven’t played other shooters before.


    I think one of the better tutorial quests that was recently added in was with Gara’s quest. The quest taught newer players what and how the codex scanners work. I thought DE did a decent job with the presentation of the codex. Showing off how scanners work and why they can be useful.


    So, what do you guys think? Do we need more in-game tutorials or let the players look up info for themselves?

  4. I remember Scott said in a devstream that they weren't planning on adding Simulacrum access to the ship because that would not incentivise players into going into relays. The reason is that because there is so little to do in relays, that the simulacrum is the only thing that players will go to the relays for. So, they want players to keep going into relays to access the simulacrum.

  5. I would build the Penta for crit and status. Kinda like this:

    I would change either of the dash polarities to a V polarity (I only did it because of my riven mod). You can replace one of the elemental mods for a Heavy Caliber. Since it won't affect the accuracy significantly. Basically, add 2 V's, and change one D to a V polarity. Then put your usual crit and status mods, along with hunter munitions.

    A good riven mod would have multishot, damage, crit, and/or status.

    The "shots bug" is there because of the weapon's mechanic. Where it will only let 5 grenades be active at a time, which includes the multishot rounds. So I would recommend to shoot and then activate the bombs, then rinse and repeat.

  6. DE will probably do a huge melee weapons remaster, along with gunblades, like what they did with primaries and secondaries (Besides beam weapons) in Update 21.12.0.

    But it will be probably be Soon™.
