  1. [This isn't my problem, but more of a friend's]

so, we can both log in fine on the website.

but he gets the "Login failed. Check your info." error when logging in on the game.

this happened after he had to reformat his laptop.

anything I should know before I start poking around his Pc's systems for what not?

or do I just tell him to send you guys a ticket.

---- any other fix that can be done without a ticket, I'll welcome.

Also: he can't post right now as his net is dead for the next four days, so we'll be doing fixes here at my place everytime I get home.

    -------

    We tried:

VPN (this works, even after he closes the vpn AFTER logging in, so I guess there's a problem with authentication)

    Reset router

    optimize/verify cache via launcher.

--------- I don't know if it carries weight

we used to play and download the game directly from the website.

but since he reformatted, he Downloaded the game on steam.

--------Again, any help would be appreciated.

--thanks in advance. and i really don't know where to post this at...

  2. As the title says, 700 Cryotic in Valefor [Excavation] map, I opened a public one.

    • Things stopped spawning and I've already killed everything and went back everywhere I've been to just to double check.
    • That excavator didn't take anymore damage after I left it cleared of mobs and I've been moving around for approximately 6 mins.
    • I extracted since I've been to everywhere I know except the extraction point.

    So... yea.

Here's a screenie before I went and go away.

  3. Here's what I do:

    1. Bring Nekros
    2. Bring a good crit shotty or anything that fires 20+ bullets at a time.
    3. Bring friends.
    4. Go to survival corpus mission on gas planet tile-set, lvl 15+.
    5. They spawn at 5min+ mark.
    6. 1 Shot the Oxium Ospreys or fill them with bullets in less than 3 seconds.
    7. Desecrate
    8. hurrah for Oxiums.

Although if you want a stable 50-110 oxiums, Io Jupiter is the way to go.
Every 10 waves should net you around that much provided you can wreck them in time.

  4. I need help building her. I am stumped.
Basically, I want to reduce her setup time so I stuck with Natural Talent, but then there was also S.Drift.

By my counting and feel, It takes around 3 seconds base to go from Shooting Gallery -> Shatter Shields -> Peacemaker.
~2  with only Natural Talent. ~2 1/2 with only Speed Drift.
^^What I feeel it feels like.

This was the test build 1, it feels kind of nice, but it kind of misses something.
    gWuldLj.jpg

This was test build 2, This drops the PS by 15% so it also drops the magic of SS a little, (it was 120% PS i recall for 95% Dmg.Red)
but has Natural Talent and Rage on it.

    CevsOpJ.jpg

I use this one currently, it helps me get from place to place easily, but I run out of gas quickly too since I take of rage.

---I have Hirudo in the oven, and currently use a Galatine Prime with life strike r1 for HP refill---

what do you guys think? should I stick to configure A, or do I keep the firewalker build and just go all the way for Energy Pizza.
drop Constitution and slap a rage on Confic C?

@_@ How do you guys even build Mesa?

  5. I don't have a screenie since I was playing in a rent-a-computer place but the thing was:

I was using my Twin Grakatas and had Pistol Ammo Mutation at max rank in it. All bullet conversion was fine, until I picked up a Rifle Ammo.

It only gave me 8 bullets in conversion, where as it had to be at least 30 bullets per pick-up.

Everything else was working fine, except for that rifle ammo.

Ammo Pod thing that you drop on the floor is no exception. It only gives me 8 even when I'm using the Medium one.

  6. Imagine the scared faces of Corpus and Grineer look-outs in space when they see a Tenno Warframe moving at extreme speeds while just standing on nothing at all.

That bug actually makes a good view of space if you can manage to remove your frame from sight.

  7. To be perfectly honest, I played Rhino most of my game time. From classic Rhino to Rhino Prime.

The only thing that bothers me is that, with all the new things that appeared along with the new frames, Rhino has lost his purpose on the field becoming a buffer that runs around and recasts a buff every x seconds. He was supposed to be tanking though, but he's still no match for Valkyr Hysteria/Eternal War and Mesa's Shatter Shield and spamming that 4.

Soo well, I don't want to rant more, I'm here to suggest so here's a rework suggestion for his skill set:

    ===================================

    Skill A - Roar

This skill remains as is except for:

Energy Cost reduced to 50 from 75

Increase of damage is scaled as: 10/20/30/40%

    is Recastable.

    ===================================

    Skill B - Iron Skin

Instead of HP bubble that's made out of ferrite...
Reduces Damage Taken by: 5/10/15/20% from all sources

Immunity to damage for 1/2/3/4 seconds upon casting.

Immunity to all CCs for the duration.

All direct damage to health are redirected to damage shields first instead.

    Duration 15/20/25/30 seconds.

    ======================================

    Skill C - Enraged Regeneration

    Energy Cost: 75

All damage taken by Rhino is accumulated over 4/6/8/10 seconds.

10% of the total damage taken is then healed over 4/6/8/10 seconds.

Increases Rhino's threat by a massive amount so long as the damage accumulation is active and is removed the moment Rhino starts to heal.

Increasing Power Duration increases the time taken to heal the total amount.

Increasing Power Strength increases the damaged healed by 1% per 30% Power Strength.

    ================================

    Skill D - Rhino Crash

    Energy Cost: 100

This skill is sort of a combined rhino stomp and rhino charge.

On Land: Rhino performs a Rhino Stomp and quickly follows up with a charge towards the direction he is facing.

On Air: Rhino performs a Rhino Charge 35 degrees towards the ground on the direction he is facing and upon hitting the ground creates the rhino stomp effect.

Both rhino stomp effects go straight to the stasis along with the damage, there is no longer the initial hit.

The duration is reduced to 2/3/4/5 seconds and the stasis is reduced to 20/30/40/50% slow.

The range of the charge and stomp zone is at 15/17/19/20m

The charge damage ragdolls enemies sideward out of Rhino's way and deals 100/200/300/400 damage to all enemies hit by the charge.

The stomp damage is increased to 500/800/1100/1500.

    =============================

Ok so what's the idea behind the rework and why I suggested such weird skill sets:

    1.  Rhino was supposed to tank in damage, but the way things are, he can't tank on the higher tier maps because his skills doesn't scale well enough. 1200 Ferrite HP bubbles pop in an instant and won't help you that much in the tanking aspect of his supposed role. The reason I changed it to damage reduction is so that instead of people using his 1200HP as a supposedly impenetrable barrier of infinite HP but instead, a buffer for you to go into and out of the fray making Rhino an active tank, rather than a passive tank. Cause let's face it, passively standing and shooting is a bad example in this game on higher tier when a single shot nearly removes all of your ferrite HP.
    2. Rhino is beat in all aspects in the tanking factor by nearly new ironman-suits, and recent skill buffs to some old ones (Mesa, Chroma, Valkyr, and Trinity) since they offer not only the tanking but they're skills also benefit in the offensive and utility factors. As with that said, they're all better than Rhino in almost every aspect.
    3. I wanted to give Rhino the unstoppable feeling without really going there. Sure, he's immune to every CC to the game from shockwaves to magnetic fields (but not nullifs) but he'll still need to have the ability to take in the damage it deals. Like if the heavy gunner does the shockwave smashing thing on the ground, Rhino needs to still tank it, he just won't fall on his feet. In short, he can die, and most probably will, but this time, he has the option of actually investing in survival oriented mods like vitality and redirection with the occasional steel fiber to survive.
    4. Enraged Regeneration offers you a survival opportunity in going into the fray and exiting out of it to gather yourself. It lets you get into hot waters and makes you get out of it. The decision of when to get out is critical because even with the regeneration, it won't help you when the damage you take is more than what you can heal. It offers you a space to regroup yourself before you go in the fray instead of staying in the battle 24/7. You'll tank yes, but you're not suppposed to go god mode, you'll need to actively decide when you need to get out of hot waters or remain in it.
    5. The Rhino charge with rhino stomp allows you to stomp and away when you need, or charge and stomp into the fray when you need to. It offers you that versatility to enter in out of the battles that you need when you need it.
    6. If anyone is wondering, why are the skills 50 energy on the minimum, and where's the 25 energy skill is that because he's a tank, and that with the kit that he uses, actvely playing it around just pressing 1-2-3-4 to win, I wanted to give him the pressure than he'll be punished by VERY bad decisions like spamming that 4.
    7. 2 doesn't have the recastability like the old iron skin because simply putting that on 24/7 and not leaving a window of opportunity to get shot at full damage is simply not fair in my opinion. Again, tanking doesn't mean you need to stand in one place, you also need to move out of the red carpet sometimes that is, as in when your area is raining bullets that can kill you.

With my rugged, rough english I hope you guys can understand what I'm trying to say. Also, I don't know what's with the double spacing thing.

    Edit: some language error.

  8. I see. ok thanks.
Was thinking QT would help since I bring S#&$ tons of energy packs. (I don't run without em, they're like emergency life savers.)

Then again I like the sound of living dangerously.

On that note, is there no "this question is answered" button around?

With all my posts, it's either buried and forgotten or I do I just unfollow this thread?
I am practically new, so new I'm bothered if I'm being a bother.

That is not true at all. It's best to have 3 builds for Loki.

    1) Maxed out invisibility for solo and spy missions

    2) Maxed out range ID build for defense missions and similar when you can hide behind Frost's globe

    3) A build able to do both for running non-camping survivals and stuff like that

The third build is what I use the most since it's on the first build slot and I'm usually to lazy to switch. My Build has nearly 200% power range Disarm + ID Augment as well as 24 secs invisibility + maced out power efficiency (175%).

^I like the sound of the third build. I honestly think that Power Strength has absolutely no use for Loki but why the need for such high duration?
Also, aren't you kind of soft? Don't you bend over when you get hit by a stray missile or something?

Once you start getting into 1.8+ sprint speed, you'll be moving so fast that you could literally spring as fast as a regular Warframe bullet-jumping. Obviously, you can bullet-jump, but not being necessarily required to do so to keep up with the team is rather helpful at times.

    I see.

Ermm, do you have an idea if RD alerts stuff when you use it while using invis?

  11. Before anyone says it... No, I don't have a Loki yet. I plan to get one though.

Ok so I was thinking of building a loki (or loki prime) and was wondering

am I even doing this right? Tell me if I'm doing something wrong,

cause I dunno if I should just dump everything to disarm or invis maximization. Or go with a Temjin build.

Here's the ideal build I had in mind:

  12. But you won't get another message upon kill of a boss if you killed him before, eg, a salad mark is a salad mark and only for salad v, the problem is

I've already died because of that and I haven't killed any other boss, unless VenSpra are considered one (not that I got a message saying that the stalker will hunt me for it.)
