Hello a friend of mine just started playing on ps4 so I decided I would gift them a few slots for weapons and frames.  However when trying to accept them they are told they are unable to open them. Is there a restriction for gifting?

[Connection issue]

Hello, recently came back after a break of about a month before war within. However within the last few weeks I'm getting the slow connection when trying to join parties or people joining me. I've never had this issue before but getting tons of lag now. My connection is 50mb download and 15upload. Unsure what causing issue as I've never had it since ps4 launch.  Thanks for any help.
