  1. I want to put this out there in case it's not intended, but Helios does NOT scan kavats for you once you've completed the codex entry, which sucks, because I bought it partly for that reason.

A bug I observed but did not experience (admittedly this was a day or two ago now) was junction tasks not updating while in a group, specifically for the earth to mars junction.

Also, Kavats seem a trice buggy still. Occasionally my Adarzka will get stuck in corners (mainly on corpus tilesets. Once, he hid in one as a horde of tasty infested ran by and did nothing) and the space between their attacks seems rather long at times.

  2. Yeah, I agree, but of course this is pretty low priority.

Regardless, I feel like they should take a route similar to the flood from Halo and the necromorphs from Dead Space, even the Zerg from Starcraft to a degree. Creeping sluge everywhere, grotesque vines and appendages growing between the cracks in the ships systems, blinking and malfunctioning consoles, etc. Make it feels like you're inside a someone rather than a something.

  3. I have a few ideas myself.

    - Showing exterior of ship airlock, tenno ship flies away, moments later (any faction) bodies get sucked out of airlock into space. Or a an alternate of that: Camera looking out of window towards tenno ship leaving, battle sounds with (any faction), bodies floating out in space (possibly with The Tenno walking past the window after, or stopping at it for a moment to look smug or amused).

    - Camera showing (Corpus/Grineer) walking towards camera, obstructing most (90%ish) of the view. Tenno arms come up from behind and snap (Corpus/Grineer)'s neck, with the enemy out of the way you see a Tenno that has left a trail of bodies (sitting against walls, in their own pools on blood, etc. could change once in awhile) If there's more than one Tenno, they could be finishing them off.

-Tenno(s) sneaking and come to the edge of a wall, where a patrolling enemy (any faction) is passing. Lead Tenno waits for them to pass then leaves cover and garrotes the enemy with their melee weapon of choice, or bashes their head in with the Fruax/Bo.

-Tenno crouching/sneaking through a hallway that has those pits with all the electrical circuits where a (Grinner/Corpus) is leaning over the railings towards the circuits, looking bored. Camera switches to looking up at the (Grineer/Corpus) when he gets pushed off, replaced by Tenno looking down after him and listening to his screams of pain as he's electrocuted... then the Tenno walks away looking rather smug. (obligatory funny one)

Of course most of these would need new starting rooms too..so yeah. It's probably one of the last things the the team will work on. I'm just hoping for new areas in general, hopefully on the planets themselves. I want to see "ruined" Earth.

  4. I love this game so I will stress now do not take any of the following the wrong way, it's meant to be 100% contructive criticism. I also realize that most, if not all, of these issues have been posted about before. I simply wish to provide my own thoughts/opinions on them and yada yada. If that bothers you, flee, flee now. Also keep in mind I'm pointing out all the things I believe are amiss, regardless of how obvious they are. Finally, note that it's 5am when I'm first writing this so the attitude and writing style might skew at points. I also might have horrible typos.

    MAIN UI

Basic: Two issues here, one mechanical and one just a misstep in design choice. The mechanical issue is overlapping windows, where you click on one window and it actually activates something that was behind it. This is most prominent with the contacts menu and opening the artifacts menu. The design flaw is the navigation itself. If you go to your arsenal, then the market, then the foundry, there is no way to get back to the map quickly. Instead, you have to click "back" or "x" through every window you opened and eventually return to the map. The solution here would be for when you open a new window, say market window after being in the arsenal, if you close the market window it puts you straight back to the map.

Arsenal: The arsenal within itself is very well put together, except for two minor gripes (and one big one) I have with it. Firstly, when one intends to change their weapon, say you have a Strun shotgun, you will see the shotgun you own and one that you do not that you can buy. We should only be seeing one if we already own one, otherwise it's confusing enough where if you're in a hurry you might accidentally buy one if you're not careful. My second gripe is with how you equip weapons in the first place, when one clicks on their weapon to change it, you see all the ones you haven't bought yet. This should be kept within the market, rather than cluttering your screen. Not to mention it likely gets exceptionally cluttered once you start collecting weapons. I feel as though an improved/more centralized inventory screen might be an option, similar to the one that exists now but with more use than being a simple selling tool. Finally (I'm sure this has been mentioned before), there is nowhere to see STAT TOTALS. IF I have 6 different armor mods on my warframe, I want to know what my total armor is. If I've added a bunch of stuff to my Strun, I want to know what the total stats are, rather than the defaults. Edit: Looks like you can't compare sword stats either within the arsenal like you can with guns, forgot to mention that...speaking of which, why can you just do that in the market? On top of that, you can't edit your weapons mods/level them up without having them equipped.

Map: Again, something that is actually very well done except for some minor annoyances. My main issue with it is how it works within a party. When you form a party while hovering over saturn for instance and do a mission in pluto, upon completion of the mission everyone will be hovering over Saturn again. If you and your friends are trying to go through a specific sector step by step, this is annoying and currently only solved by re-making the group. My other complaint also relates to parties, when you vote on something you can't "un-vote" or stop the 60 second countdown. Perhaps only letting the party leader start the countdown or letting people unvote would be a solution here.

    GAMEPLAY UI

HUD: My main complaint here is a total lack of information beyond your own statistics. I can see my HP, shields, and energy just fine, but to see my allies i have to hold down a key (default Z, which brings the question "why not Tab") and even then all I see is their health? It would be better to be able to see their shield and, more importantly, energy as well. I'd rather not look like an idiot when i tell my friendly neighborhold volt to "overcharge these muthas" and the reply being "with what energy?" because I didn't know he barely had enough for shock. Furthermore, I'd like to be able to see the shields on cryopods in defense missions, since I'm pretty sure they have them. A more minor complaint is damage numbers, specifically with the shotgun, where it seems as though in solo play or when I'm hosting I see each number from each bullet ripping into my enemy, but when I'm in someone else's party I only see one number from one bullet. That might just be a latency thing though.

Pop-ups: What I mean by "pop-up" is something that comes up on your screen when something happens and cannot be seen again. Ever. Pop-ups when you level? Cool, that's prefectly fine. Pop-ups when you get mods? Good, except it'd be nice to be able to see their quality (I.e., color their names green/blue like you see them in your inventory later.) Pop-ups when you pick up credits & random materials are fine too, except when you pick up something else it blocks the last thing, maybe make those stack up or across the screen as you pick up different things. But pop-ups on something you need to know, in this case your bonus mission, is not okay. I can't tell you how many times I went through a whole mission not knowing my bonus mission because I couldn't read it/remember to read it within those 5ish seconds that it pops up intially to only find out at the end of the mission that I probably should have killed more things with my pistol. Please do something about this, make it come up when you press Z or something, unless I'm missing something really obvious this really should be attended to.

That's all I've got for now, I might edit in some other stuff later. It's late so I might be forgetting something crucial...
