  1. I agree, the spawn system for the AI makes no sense at times, especially when they spawn from rooms that are just cleared and have no other point of entry, no unlocked doors or vents they could come from, other than the door you just went through; and of course they always (or most of the time) spawn either behind, directly next to the player or from the same point you killed the last enemy.

It's annoying but not game breaking.  Just have to keep on your toes and remember that for the most part unless you're playing exterminate you never truly "cleared" anything.

Even on exterminate missions certain enemies/defences are not included in the enemy count such as Kubrows and turrets.

  2. I have tried 10 times to complete the Interception mission solo on Augustus and failed each time, not due to getting killed but due to not being able to hold the nodes long enough.

The problem is there is only 2 nodes in the same room and the other 2 are in separate rooms, everytime i captured and proceeded to the next, that node was taken again, no matter how many i ,kill more appear.

I am trying to clear the mission to get to War and fight the boss, but this is a major progression wall.

I only play solo because i don't like multiplayer, Extermination/capture/some excavation and some survival missions i can do fine solo but interception/mobile defence just seem to be deliberately made to force coop on those who prefer to play solo for whatever reason.

  3. In the game there is no mention of the wiki anywhere, which is to be honest the only proper manual/guide for the game, since the codex needs scans to get info and the tutorials only gives the bare bones basics.

The wiki ad could be best placed on the Market and Codex screens, even if it's just a line of text with the web address, also perhaps on the loading screens say at the bottom.

Also on PS4 (dunno about Xbone) if you place a selectable link it will open the browser (console browser) and go straight to that site (many games already use this feature), instead of having to switch to dashboard, open browser, type in the address and wait for it to load.

NOTE: i think this is in the right place, apologies if it isn't

  4. Well after a couple of plat packs, buying the Latron rifle and the Lex pistol (slow but packs a punch), a couple of boosters & mod packs and also grinding Corpus extermination mission on Venus for a day for mods and weapon XP; i managed to beat Vor and complete the T1 extermination mission (although it's a shame you have to find the key again to go back to the Void missions (Anyone got a skeleton key? XD)).

I seem to be doing a bit better now, i'll continue to grind for mods and parts etc, although they do need to address the starting pos issue not only in Void missions but also in other missions as well And also the stupid auto-wallrun thing.

  5. You're just in too much of a rush then! Get up to MR2 or so, and then go to the Void. If you can't beat Vor you'll get creamed in a lot of those Void missions. If you want I'd be willing to play Vor with you, and I can use a weapon or build that won't overshadow you if you like.

I appreciate the offer, but i always prefer to play solo.

  6. Some weapons I remember being craftable from an early time playing, that are viable for early Void missions, include the normal Paris, the Grakata (according to a friend I played with back when I was new), Stug, and the Orthos. I actually used the Cernos, although its damage type isn't great for the Void.

The Grakata i can do, the normal paris requires plastids and nano spores which i can't get yet, stug and Othos are xp locked atm for me as i still haven't managed to do the MR1 mission yet.

I suppose i'll just have to try the ones that i can get the stuff for as i only have Earth, Venus, Mercury (still can't beat Vor yet :/ )and the Void open atm.

  7. I agree that those things need to be fixed, but you might want to craft some of the non-MK-1 market weapons before attempting the Void.

yeah i know, the only weapon i have crafted so far is the ether sword, trying to get mats or credits for the other weapons is becoming cumbersome.  i'm more used to crafting systems in games like TES, minecraft and dragon age where i know where to get most of the mats and don't have to rely on a frustrating drop RNG system.

  8. Could you please do something about the starting positions on the T1 void (exterminate) mission?

Countless times i have tried to do the mission and at least 80% of the time i get landed in an area with mobs no less than 5ft away from the starting position, that start blasting away immediately, at one time there was a corrupted moa, it's drone and a corrupted heavy at one side of the starting point and an ancient at the other side, both attacking me at once (i had to use 2 revives just to get out of that area).

All the other missions i have done, the starting positions were in safe areas, where the enemies were in separate area.

    Currently i have only got

    Volt (level 18) with fast deflection/enemy sense/steel fibre/thief's wit/stretch/vitality and intensify

Mk1 paris (level 22) with infected clip/ammo drum/fast hands and point strike

    mk1 Kunai (level 7)

Ether Sword (level 7), with pressure point (unranked)

Mk1 Braton (level 3) with fast hands

i don't have a lot of mods atm, i sold a lot of ones that were for shotguns and kubrows and i still can't do this (10-20) mission.

and before anyone mentions reading the Wiki, i have read the wiki but it wasn't until i googled something about the game that i knew of it's existence, not once in the game was it mentioned and the codex is useless since you have to scan the enemies fist before you get any info.

  9. I'd also love a cover system, however looking at previous posts on the subject there seems to be some hostility towards this feature.  If enemies can use a cover system and shoot from cover, then why can we not use it?

  10. I like this idea of being able to queue builds on the foundry.

Could the devs not implement a system where when the current item is finished it gets moved to a container next to the foundry and then starts on the next item in the sequence and repeats until all items in the queue are built.

The container idea could be a way of getting round the "having to log in every 12/24/72 hrs and collect the item and start the next" problem.
