It depends on the weapons, the only ones I've seen that work properly are the Lato/Aklato and the Braton, if there's any more that change more than just energy feel free to say so.

Good idea sir, Passive buffs per level makes sense for early game too because levels 1-15 were very close to a linear road anyway, and you'd always hit that end point the same as everyone else.

Update has problems, I feel it's a little too luck based and am a little upset that I wasn't informed about having to start from square one, but it's a beta, I expected stuff like this to happen, and I'm confident that DE will do it's best to rectify some of the more legit complaints.

[Falling Bug]

While I was playing a Grineer mission, I was trying to evade a Grineer Roller, so I rolled into a corner, but the Roller hit me and I started to fall through the world then died. When I landed i was dead in the room I had fallen through. This was all on solo as well.
