The update will come when they can fix all "bugLaif"
And the bugs maybe thinking...
That's your problem not mine
Where's the CGI lady from? Reminds me of The Incredibles.

I gave constructive feedback, as to how to alleviate the deadline debacle once and for all. Its quite simple, dont set a day to release something, if it isn't actually ready.
Good. Your constructive feedback has been given, and the topic can now be dropped.

If you have such a problem with people giving feedback which isn't 100% positive, why stay here then? Just to argue with people? Because you're completely oblivious.
There's a difference between giving constructive feedback, and venting/complaining. Constructive feedback requires one post.

when well it began i'm sick of waiting
If you're sick of waiting, the only way to fix it is to stop waiting and do something else. No one currently knows when the update will be out at this exact point and time.

Does anyone honestly believe they will ship a bugfree update ? I really cant remember the last update they brought that did not have any hotfixes.
Given that i dont understand why they're stalling this much as its futile anyway.
Also encountering $&*&*#(%& glitches and what not is half the fun of this game once you are done with most of the grind. I remember laughing my &#! off when we had that infested interception sortie where the infested did not have the AI to actually capture the nodes and you could pretty much just afk and win.
Bug free? No. Lacking the bugs that are bad enough for them to take this kind of heat for a delay? Yes.

Like the "I instakill you" corpus rathuum half-baked update that was simply a copy paste of an already present ingame gamemode? Or the halloween boss? The silver grove was basically one warframe, some new aura mods and some voice line recording. And nekros prime.
^Boi, dev time consuming content releases.
Btw them having content before TWW drops is irrelevant. They still gave specific release dates. They still failed at delivering. As much as it not as big of a deal as some people think, it's still a problem.
I have a feeling they're well aware it's a problem.

reminder they said TSD would take longer than an hour but even on my first blind run I still finished within 45 minutes
Speedrunners/people who rush through the content aren't their target. Took me over an hour and I inspected things, looked for secrets, stopped and listened to all the audio, so on.

I wish they'd just go ahead and say that it's not coming tonight. Even if they get it completed tonight, it's honestly better if they just finish it and release it next week.
Folks are free to stop watching the thread and just check back in next week to have the exact same effect.

Stream just said another hour at earliest for the quest to keep people updated, meaning they're not canceling it for the night (yet)

The update at the moment was not 6 months tho, more like 6 hours.
So what's the point of bringing up the delay that's long since come to pass, and this thread is about it's release meant for tonight?

Update was delayed for creative reasons, not for bugs.
The update at this moment is not being delayed for creative reasons.

Don't give a release date/time.
This is my problem. They're keeping everyone around with their "Soon" "No, not that soon, we screwed up again, wait longer"
They had FIVE MONTHS to do this S#&$.
I agree with this, and I'm sure the coders would absolutely adore being able to do this. Now tell me, do you think it's the coders that get to decide when something is announced? I'll give you a hint.. it's no.
As you're a strong believer in feedback to correct problems, here's one. If you know this happens, and the waiting annoys you, just stop waiting. Go play something else, do something else. Check back a month from now, that'l give them the time you want them to have anyway.

No white horse, I'm as annoyed as everyone else about this delay, I just know what works and what doesn't.

Maybe if a hundred people is telling you something, you should listen to them?
Do tell me, oh wise and mighty guru of all things tech.. Explain to me what you can do with a game the size of Warframe that suddenly has a bug they did not notice 24 hours ago, that is game breaking enough to delay it, that hundreds of posts of 'OMG DE u fail!' 'GG DE-LAYED HUH HUH' 'WTF DE where is my patch?!?!?!!?!?' and 'God I'm so tired of waiting, screw DE', to magically make the bugs that you are currently dealing with suddenly fix within an instant, so you can get the patch out?

Just delay it to Monday. This is beyond stupid.
As with the others, log out of the forums and don't look at Warframe until Monday. Same effect.

Right, because criticism is baad
Constructive criticism is great! I love it, and all companies need it. Complaints that have been stated a hundred times over are not great.

juz delay it for another day ... tis is painful :(
Go to bed and don't look at the forum for 24 hours, it'l be like they announced the delay for you.

are you saying you are in the programming world, but you would prove a product to be ready for just three normal "play through" testing without a single "real" testing? (by "real" i mean to do all silly things in order to break the game. for games this size i expected months testing no shorter than development
i think you are the one insulting the company here...
Ok, I'm done with you if you're taking everything that literal, you know very well I used that as an example as I wasn't going to write out thousands of different tester's results.

This is one quest.
It will take one afternoon to complete.
And after failure of Focus I have zero faith in the teased new system
You're free to leave the forums and do something else if the wait is too much or the game is too disappointing to you.

i dont know what engine warframe uses but i would think it would be one that could simulate missions at 10x speeds to find issues quickly and test fixes. i dont really care if they delay stuff for months but if they cant keep a deadline after they start a 24hr countdown they shouldnt bother anouncing anything.
You can only simulate so much. You can't simulate riplining at a window and seeing if you fall through. You can't simulate what happens when a mag mass pulls new mobs and what happens when they knock against eachother.
