  1. Revenant in extermination missions appears bugged.  Not enough mobs spawn to complete the mission.  Mobs just stop spawning, and there are none left on the map to complete mission.  I'm thinking this might have something to with his 1st ability enthrall, but I am unsure.  Please fix because I love me my revenant.

  2. I'm generally a casual player that likes to min/max at times.  Been playing WF for years now, and still love the game.

    But, I'm a dog lover, have a German Shepherd in real life that goes everywhere with me.  

    So, I like Kubrows.  Problem is, they are so inconvenient to take on missions compared to Sentinels.  Primarily because - yeah - vacuum.  

    I know DE keeps statistics of just about everything in game, so I'd like to know the actual usage rate of sentinels versus companion pets.  Just want the facts, because if it's 80% or more in favor of sentinels - which is what I see in randoms - then please even the score.  Because if things were even, or even slightly less convenient for Kubrows (instead of the currently signficantly less convenient), you bet I'd be bringing my dog out of stasis to accompany me in the world of warframe.

  3. wow, since when did these forums become so toxic and snobbish?  expected more from this community. 

    yes, my friend is NEW to gaming.  and the extreme mouse sensitivity turned him off.  so i thought i'd give DE a heads up, only to find a bunch of condescending trolls attacking a player new to gaming. 

    the issue i'm talking about is the default mouse sensitivity and the impression it gives players new to gaming.  many of these players don't even know that such a thing is adjustable, so they find the game going herky-jerky across their screen.

    geez.

Intro'd a friend of mine to the game.  He was unimpressed and felt that the game was a "free to play low quality" due to the insane mouse sensitivity which had his screen jumping all over the place.  I made a new account to figure out what he was talking and discovered the same.  The default mouse sensitivity is insanely off, leading new players to find initial gameplay to be a twitchy mess.  Tone the default mouse sensitivity WAY down - it is causing new players to have an unkind initial impression of Warframe.  If not, then at a minimum pleaseinsert a lengthy message at the start of the intro explaining to the new player to adjust mouse sensitivity to their liking in the Options.  

  5. well basicly it's just game physics in motion but i think it shouldn't be able to hit the halo when u shoot the penta. if another guy shoots at u it's normal it bounces off. so half bug? :|

     

    Well I hope it's a bug, because the Penta is a nice weapon that synergizes well with Nez's spears.  But dying from grenades shot into open space that land by your feet is not gonna cut it.  

  6. I've noticed when playing Nezha with a Penta that the grenades occasionally appear to bounce off Nezha's Warding Halo.  The grenade is shot into open space, and ricochets in awkward direction, often right back at him - as if it hit the ring spinning around him.

     

    Is this by design or a bug?

  7. LOL.  I posted on this same topic earlier today.  Here, I'll cut and paste:

     

    I bet this topic has been beat to death.  My suggestion to the devs: increase the loot radius and either remove the carrier sentinel or rework what vacuum does.  Running circles like a hamster to loot stuff is ... utterly UNFUN.  

     

    I love my kubrows.  And I love all the sentinels OTHER THAN carrier too.

     

    But the game requires me to take the Carrier 90% of the time.  Why?  Because my FUN is penalized having to go hamster mode scurrying about in mindless circles to loot stuff.  

     

    I play the game to have fun, thus I take the carrier.  The game would be MORE FUN if I could bring my favorite companion along - my kubrow - instead of the carrier.  Or any of the other sentinels.  

     

    Hasn't this been obvious since launch?

     

     

  8. The loot radius right now is twice the height of a player Frame. Extra totally un-necessary radius will mean a massive waste in energy pickups as if you have a toggle ability that does 1 energy per second and you have 10 energy orbs around you, you will waste 240 Energy, because it will use an entire orb every time you use 1 energy. I've already stopped using Carrier because of this.

     

    So, no, the radius is fine NOW.

     

    A valid game concern, but irrelevant to the issue.  You assume loot radius cannot be increased without players "wasting" orbs - this is a programming problem.  (I'm fine with keeping orbs out of an enlarged frame radius, it's all the other crap that bothers me more.  I'd bring my Kubrow all the time if it have carrier radius except for orbs.)  

  9. I don't agree with most responses here.  It's a vid game for chrissakes.  Why create a MEANINGLESS burden when it can be removed with 2 minutes of programming?  

     

    Loot radius should be doubled on frame and yes pickup everything - orbs ammo everything.  Does having to run around to "pickup" all that crap add to the enjoyment of the game?  Didn't think so.  Does it make the game more challenging?  Please....  It's just a flat-out lame mechanic.

     

    So what if the kubrow runs around and picks up stuff?  Who cares so long as the player doesn't have to do it.  Would be kinda NICE ya know seeing players bring something OTHER than the friggin carrier 80% of the time.

     

    If you run with the carrier and you're not interested in bringing the other companions then this thread is not for you.

  11. Have you tried Salad V? He usually drops 1-2 neural sensors. Not every run but often enough that you can come out with quite a few with just an hour farm.

     

    Just ran Alad 5 times.  Dropped 2 neural sensors once.  Couldn't tolerate it more... was not fun dodging and jumping and sliding to boss, one or two shotting boss, then dodging and jumping and sliding to the exit, to rinse and repeat.  

     

    2 sensors for 5 runs is kinda my point.

  12. These are seriously annoying to farm.  I've spent hours grinding for these things..even with a booster...and it's starting to make the game UN-FUN.  

     

    Devs should look into making these less onorous to farm, cause it brings down the game.  Neural sensors are a progression gate, given that they are req'd to make forma - like neurodes.  

     

    But neurodes are worthwhile and FUN to farm with the new moon tiles.  

     

    Not so neural sensors.  Having to run lowbie missions and opening every locker and can on the map for a drop chance of between typically 0-2 (more often 0) is not a recipe for gaming success.

     

  13. 58 spy missions total to get all 4 components.  This seems quicker than what others have posted.  Assuming my number is average, I wonder if they altered the drop rates.

Was about to make a new topic on this utterly annoying issue...and it takes a LOT to annoy me enough to bother posting here.  Need some info about the game you want to google...no longer possible, without killing the game and restarting.  Need to check your mail?  Check the score of the game?  Change your music channel?  No longer possible....

     

    Simple programming stuff - making the game unfun.
