    yes they are OP. but DE doesnt dare to nerf them because they know those two are really really popular.(and dont tell me MP change was a nerf. if you are half decent, it is not a nerf) they only nerf frost and excalibur so less people would complain. serious though, even they are OP i dont want to see nerfs to them, DE should have realized that noboby likes "useless" frames, give everyone a niche. and leave the all-rounders alone. not everyone wants "top tier" "OP" warframes.

    i say yes to the nerf.  they nerfed theyre poster boy twice and you dont get more popular than that., so yeah, lets nerf something that is ACTUALLY overpowered

    Wrong.  Balance in a game like warframe would mean everything is viable.  You can have one thing better then another and still have balance.  For instance the battle rifle in halo is better then the assault rifle.  However the AR is easier to use and better in close range.  For warframe as long as there isn't a jack of trades frame with no draw backs or other frames that do some of it's abilities better then things are fine.

     

    Excal being referred to as the balanced class probably means none of his abilities are amazing.  But none are sub par either.  meaning he doesn't do one thing the best.  But he doesn't do anything the worst either.  Like the M16A3 from battlefield 3.  Of course it could mean that his abilities are a healthy mix of roles.

    im in. lets nerf something that is actually overpowered. not excalibur that was a crappy, crappy frame even before u16. after nerfing nova lets nerf loki please



    So basically instead of buffing a weak boss let's nerf all frames that can solo Lephantis, which means all the frames.   

     

    That should do it.  

     

    Also, nerf all the abilities that aren't useless already, can't have creative abilities in a game called WARFRAME.

    i need a dev to awser me, how can they keep nerfing an already crappy frame. with 2 useles abilites and 2 nerfed abilities, when theres frames that can solo a 1hour run on t4 survival, like nova loki and mirage, frames that completely outclass him, that do things even pre radial blind nerf excalibur wasnt able to do.  how can you say excalibur is ok?  HE IS NOT BALANCED, radial blind sucks, radial javelin sucks even more now . super jump and slash dash... please. theres no reason to use excalibur over nyx . so how can you say this is balanced?

    So, just stand in one place, kill everybody in the map in one button pushing was normal, ya? And even blind everything.

    Guys, are you serious? "Excal was not OP, it normal". You wanna say he can be even better? How? Make coffe then you press 4?

     

    Or you think DE must be change whole game just for you? DE make you a gift. And as you go? Just trampled it in the dirt Draco.

    so its normal for loki to disarm everything in the map. even whitout los. its normal for mirage to do the exact same thing excalibur was doing before nerf but also having one of the best damage abilities in the game, its normal for nova to fcking slow to dead everything in the map. while also  adding a damage multiplier  ( nova can get 1hour+ on a t4 survival SOLO), why nerf  an already  crappy frame when you have those beasts in the same game?. all excalibur's abilities are useless or nerfed versions of other abilities . so no, you are wrong, this game is still ability spam, but excalibur cant do it

    im so angry right now. if you play nova on a t4 survival and then play excalibur you can actually feel how op nova is and that excalibur was on a pretty bad position.. now with this nerf? excal has 2 nerfed abilities , and two uselees abilities, he sucks now and it makes me sick that you CANNOT SEE IT!.

    congrats. you just lost a player with those excalibur nerfs. i mean, it  shows that you dont even know how to balance your own game, how can you keep nerfing excalibur when you have frames like loki and nova, even trinity, they outperform him in any situation... you dont like rep farming?. then give him something else because that was the only thing he actually did good. again i dont even understand why you have a excalibur in such a weak state having frames like nova loki vauban nyx valkyr...

     

    ill play again if you test other frames and realize how stupid is nerfing excalibur when he actually need a BUFF.

    you guys  nerfed radial blind and left radial diasrm, chaos, rhino stomp, booben, molecular prime, SOUND QUAKE untouched. give him something like mesa's  Shatter shield, or bring him back to his former self. he cant melee, he is SQUISHY, , he has 2 obsolete skills , 1 nerfed skill and 1 farming skill. you dont want him to be a rep farmer? , im fine with that. take it out and give him SOMETHING ELSE to play with cuz right now thats the only thing he can do well.
