  1. Door traps are the least fun mechanic in the game and confuse me that they are not only still in but they are adding more.

Corpus doors are usually turned on by cameras not near you which are ignored by that team mate because they aren't trying to go through a door right now. The other problem is someone goes through a door ahead of you, they set off a camera on the other side but then ignore it because they are busy fighting and there's no door blocking their path so they ignore cameras.

  2. Poor Supra might look better if it wasn't outclassed by the Soma. Soma is one mastery rank lower, far easier to build without taking a forma, doesn't require clan research, comes with two V polarities saving you another an additional two forma and has a 25% higher maximum DPS according to dpsframe.com. As well as all of that the soma is hitscan, has a faster reload, shorter wind up time and is three times more accurate.

  3. I have three forma in mine and I'm willing to say that even with no forma it's just too effective a weapon. The Soma is a Gorgon with all the flaws turned down to be almost unnoticeable and nearly best in slot stats.

Chop the magazine size down to 60 to keep it big but not hugely bigger than any other rifle and drop the crit damage to 200% should bring it in line without being OP.

  4. I almost only see stalker in public games but more often than not people pay no attention to him. If its on me I tell them and drop a WP or try to help but the care levels are so low maybe one person will help. Just solod one and told them he dropped the Despair BP, told the group but no-one cared enough to come.

  5. Minky (is that how it is spelt?) confirmed in the last devstream that the warframe models will not be changing, and he likes them the way they are. this is arguably unfortunate, because of the infamous lobster tail

It's nice to have a different art style but I don't think they are under appreciated because of it.

The three most in need of a remake are Banshee, Saryn and Trinity. In my opinion each looks awkward. Banshee is highly asymmetrical with strange proportions and a lack of detail. Saryn is an ambitious design but too bulky and lacks form, she doesn't recolor well either. Trinity lacks detail and has the out of place lobster tail

  6. Revising my list.

    Primary

    Boar/Boar Prime

    Braton/Braton Prime/MK-1

    Burston/Burston Prime

    Flux Rifle

    Hind

    Latron/Latron Prime

    Miter

    Ogris

    Strun

    Torid

    Vulkar

    Secondary

    Bronco/Bronco Prime

    Furis

    Kraken

    Lato

    Lex

    Spectra

    Tysis

    Viper

Debatable if the standard pistols need a new anim but I still put them down for having a generic reload.

  7. That's interesting if the Vandal versions are meant to be Corpus exclusive when the Codex only refers to them as customized by the Tenno.

The Lato and Sicarus don't seem too far off although the style isn't as refined as the Bolto or Furis which are closer to the Vectis/Tigris/Soma. Being some of the earliest weapons added to the game it makes sense.

The Torrid must be a placeholder model as initially the Infested research tree was lacking options.

  8. Warframe has very distinct factional style for environments and weapons. A few weapons stand out to me as not following the same style as the rest of their faction or not being identifiable as from a certain faction. I am not trying to comment on the positive or negative of the weapons appearance, only the lore.

    Hind

This weapon does not look much like a Grineer rifle. It's beat up, discolored and distorted with curved metal stapling the weapon together. Neither the metal or furniture resemble the styling of the Karak, Grakata, Vulkar, Krakan and Gorgon which look a lot more industrial.

    Braton

A standard issue for Tenno weapon that looks very Corpus. The wiki guesses it to be a Corpus recreation of Braton Prime but the Corpus designed Snipetron got retired for firing bullets. It's understandable this doesn't fit now as Tenno weapon design wasn't established at the time but they have a clear style now from the Vectis, Tigris and Soma so it would be appropriate for the starting weapon to fit in.
