  1. Hello DE, not sure if this is where it belongs but here it goes. And if this has already been proposed then sorry. You guys of course recently released the next round of Tennogen and I of course logged on to check it out. Shortly after starting I activated a bug. This was through a mix of opening the link to the update notes, continuing to walk to my arsenal, and I believe the link not opening up all the way. The bug was me continuing to walk forward regardless of whether I was pressing my forward key or not. I simply shrugged and kept going. When I entered my arsenal the kinda small but cool thing was that my warframe kept walking forward in place. It continued to do this even when I switched warframes, weapons, and etc. It was actually really cool because I was able to preview the new Tennogen stuff with my warframe in a new way. I don't really know why, but it struck me that this would a small but cool little feature. Oh and after I came out of the arsenal I was able to correct the bug by just rolling.

    So I would really like if you guys could implement a way for us to activate different animations for our warframe in the arsenal such as running, shooting, sliding, dodging, etc. Maybe activate it with a button at the bottom of the screen next to captura and the other options. Of course it is a small thing, but I think it could be really cool and help seal our decisions in regards to fashion frame to see our warframes in action without having to enter a mission. Anyways, thanks for reading and thank you for a great game and all the work you put into it.

  2. Please increase the spawn of enemies or the drop rate for the serum. Right now it is nigh impossible to defend 3 at once. I also feel like it takes way too long to finish a round. Thank you.

  3. I really loved the rework to be honest. The main thing that I really love about it is that there was more freedom of movement. Picking out your targets before executing them is very cool and you feel like a fighter pilot of an extremely dangerous and mobile jet.

    The one thing that I don't like is that no matter what it comes down to us still watching that animation and for me it stops the pace of the game. Warframe is a game where you start off with the pedal to the medal and its GO GO GO until you reach the end of the mission. The Bladestorm animation is a hard stop in terms of that pace.

    For me what would really work is just simply not having the animation. Get rid of the vomit cam and simply just send out the clones to attack and you keep on moving, defending the objective, etc. I would still feel pretty cool seeing my army of shadow clones taking down the enemy while I Smokescreen and move on.

    So in short get rid of Ash's vomit cam sequence and just send out the clones so that we can have freedom of movement during Bladestorm.

  4. Warframe has really been great. I have one must do and of course a really ambitious one.

     

    1. The must do for me is more controller support. I'm one of the few who plays with a controller on pc. I know, use a mouse, but my account is here and i'm invested to say the least (coming up on Mastery Rank 20). If you can please have us be able to adjust the aim sensitivity for when we're aiming and when we aren't. Also fine tune the aim assist, especially during aim gliding. Lastly please let us be able to navigate the foundry, mod table, codex, etc with the controller. That would be awesome.

     

    2. Stealth. It should be easier to pull off if you want to. I would just like it if enemies didn't immediately notice you. Give us a chance to silence the enemy before they shoot their gun. Let the alarm cool down after a while if we are not seen. Let us be able to destroy the control consoles or at least disable them from sending out an alarm. Just a few ideas.

     

    3. Lastly is the really ambitious wish. There are some tilesets that have really cool transitions such as going through the portals to go from a corpus ships into the depths of a grineer ship. Or going into a grineer escape pod to launch and crash into a corpus ship. I love these transitions and I wish for more. I want more dynamic tilesets, for things to happen in these that are amazing. Blizzards happening on europa sets, earthquakes happening on earth, sandstorms on phobos. Sludge pipes bursting suddenly on ceres, ship debris crashing into ships, random explosions happening when you've caused a ship to go critical. What can I say? It would be cool.

    Why are we going in and doing exterminate missions and such when we could just nuke the Grineer and Corpus ships? There was also the episode with the Fomorian Warships attacking the relays. Also there is our continuous fight against the infested. We have even seen an old infested foe back and larger than ever before. Surely we Tenno have been a little short-sighted in our…scope. We need to think bigger than Archwing and sabotage missions. We need to be able to take down ships directly. Our Lisets need to become something more than our home-base and a transport, they need to be a weapon.

     

    Or at least it would be really sweet if they did.

     

    I mean picture it. You start a mission and there is a fleet of Grineer ships bearing down on a civilian colony, or maybe dozens of Corpus ships on smuggling runs, or a legion of Infested trying to fall planet-side. You open up the thrusters, power up the weapons, and you have Ordis as Luke had R2D2. You’re cutting through the fleet with Photon Lasers, your Proton Torpedoes, and your Black Hole Warheads. Taking evasive maneuvers, using comets and other debris as cover, and diverting energy to shields.

     

    Maybe even as a very risky melee move you can put on full shields and ram ships at max speed. I mean we’ve seen how fast the Lisets can move when they’re coming in planet-side and carrying us to infiltrate ships. Think of that coming in to ram a ship. BOOOOOM!!!! That is a hole, structural damage, or (if you’re shield wasn’t strong enough) you as a smear on the side of the ship. Like I said, risky.

     

    We can even have our Death-Star Trench Runs. You come against a ship so huge that you have to travel along it and destroy certain weak-points. C’mon I’m not a huge fan of Star Wars but I would love that.

     

    Of course it can go into Archwing stuff also. We can have a new mission type called “Blockade”. Maybe you need to get past a minefield, you go out as Archwing and dodge through the mines, infiltrate the ship controlling the mines, turn off the controller (either by simply pushing the switch or destroying the ship), go back out as Archwing, get back to the Liset and destroy the rest of ‘em. Just off the top of my head.

     

    All of this of course with three other Tenno by your side. And if it becomes a raid then with eight Tenno it would be chaos.

     

    This is an idea that gets me really excited and something that I hope they can do one day. It would bring Warframe to galactic proportions (pun intended). It’s also something that would make sense in the Tenno upgrading their arsenal and repertoire.

  6. Hello everyone this is my first fan concept so go a little easy on me.

    One thing that I like in stories, video games, tv, etc. is when a good character goes a bit insane, goes a little evil, or gets help from a dark power and gets a power boost or something from it. Playing Warframe and thinking about Tenno I thought surely some of them have gone a little crazy, must have some form of ptsd,or maybe think that there must be a better way to end this battle once and for all. This has affected them and through them their frame.

     

    These Tenno are not evil, they simply have quirks, traits, or personalities that have warped the frame they wear (Though, with some of the stories i'm thinking of, it would be hard to say they're not a villain). I'm hoping to become a writer and for me this is like a creative exercise that I really wanted to do. So I do have a bit of fan fiction and then the baseline for their abilities after it. I didn't give much thought to their abilities so if you can think of better ones that are more suitable then post it. I'm starting out with one right now and will update when I have time. Hope you enjoy.

    Banshee

     

    Screaming. It’s what I hear in my dreams and what I do when I jolt awake. It’s that damned Banshee frame that I have been working with. You don’t just hear while you’re in it. It’s almost as if you feel sound. The screech of a gun as it fires, the vibrations of a blade as it slices through an enemy, the roar of a grenades explosion. It’s all one hears when you don Banshee, and all I hear now when I dream.

     

    Getting up I hear a constant ringing tone as I go to the front of the Liset. Pulling up the star chart I ask Ordis if it is doing maintenance or something somewhere. He answers no and asks me why I ask. I decide not to answer and simply go about my day of missions.

     

    While doing them I notice that I am getting better at wielding Banshee. The more enemies fall silent, the stronger I become. The sounds though, the awful sounds. They’re in my head, assaulting my body, making me sick to my stomach. However, I do notice that the ringing tone stops whenever I wear Banshee.

     

    My favorite of Banshee’s weapons that I used to like to use was Silence. It was the only time that everything was silent. But now when I use it the silence is replaced by the tone, and it seems like it’s getting stronger.

     

    I’m exhausted, I can’t really sleep anymore. I find myself using only the Banshee frame. It’s the only thing that brings any sort of peace. The screams are there when I sleep. The tone is there when I am awake. There is only silence when I wear the frame.

     

    There are still the enemies though. I have to do missions, but I also hate the noise of battle. Somehow there has to be a way to bring silence to the battlefield without having to use Silence. Not artificial silence, no tone, but true genuine silence.

     

    I think I may have stumbled onto something. During an exterminate mission I got fed up with hearing the battle and I reluctantly used Silence. The tone was of course there just waiting like an old friend. It was so loud now that instead of silence it was all I could hear, an all-consuming beast that wanted to swallow me whole. I sliced and shot apart enemies, racing through them faster than ever before, all to the heartbeat of this deafening tone.

     

    As I sliced apart the last visible enemy. The silence that followed was absolutely beautiful. No tone, no scream, no sounds of battle, only the beauty of the silence.

     

    I heard something, and in a single instant of fear and anger I felt myself transform. Before I realized it I found myself with a dead Grineer in my hand. I had lifted him up and snapped his neck. I dropped him and slowly realized that I was all the way on the other side of the room I was in. In a single moment, faster than the speed of sound I had reacted to the sound of the Grineer coming into the room, somehow made my way over here, grabbed and snapped his neck. All unconsciously and all because I did not want the silence to end.

     

    Banshee. Maybe her abilities could be used in a different way. Instead of making noise to defeat enemies she could hunt the noise and silence it at the source.

     

    It’s been many days, I can’t remember how many but I think I’ve done. I have become Banshee. Maybe something even more than Banshee something new. Ordis is worried about my exclusive use of her but he can’t understand. Only those who hear the tones can.

     

    Peace, justice, honor. These are small and simplified parts of Tenno code. I have found my own path, my own way to achieve peace. The enemy may be big, numerous, and loud. In the end however, I will grab it by the throat…and the rest will be silence.

     

    Abilities

     

    The way that I thought of these abilities was her hunting and terminating sound.

     

    Hush: Zeroes in on an enemy’s sound to silence them once and for all. For this I was thinking it would work much like Ash's teleport.

     

    Siren: Envelopes herself in sound to become a more ghostlike form for reduced damage.

     

    Pitch: Sends out ultra-low frequency sounds that disorient and damage enemies. Kinda like Silence but instead of stunning and no sound it does damage over time. Look up infrasound to see where I got this idea.

     

    Concerto: She cuts out all sound by making it explode in a short but powerful way. Would works kinda like Radial Javelin/World on Fire except with sounds
