[Sanctuary Onslaught No Drops With Secura Lecta]

I was farming sanctuary onslaught (non elite for khora), and equipped the secura lecta for the mission. After wave 2 I wasn't getting any drops so I left. My only rewards were 15 credits. I thought nothing of this and left immediately. I went in again with no setup change, and went over 8 waves. In the middle of the mission I was noticing that simaris was not displaying any rewards, I pressed tab and was met with the same demise. I dismissed this with lag or a visual glitch, and continued. All the while I was gaining credits. The mission ends, and I only gained credits... my inventory contained nothing extra and I still have no khora parts, I am perplexed. After mild amounts of research I found a post where someone received credits along with regular drop rewards from sanctuary like endo, relics, etc. I know from defense missions for example you don't receive any rewards if you are "afk" and the mission blatantly tells you that you won't receive any rewards because of this. Does sanctuary not tell you a reason for not claiming rewards, or is the secura lecta actually breaking the drops?

I would honestly love to see him with a tuxedo and top hat along with Penta prime or another grenade launcher primary. Limbo has been my favorite frame even before the skill changes and seems so classy, stylish and sleek, I can't wait to see him!

When the Tonkor got nerfed, the Tether Grenades mod was affected, allowing for self damage when using the penta. I couldn't find it in the patch notes nor have a I seen any hotfix for it. Is this a glitch or was it a change to the mod mechanic itself?
