I was on the crew ship when my character started acting like it was having an connection issue.  Then I think the crew ship exploded but I am not sure of what happened do to the connection issue but I ended up here screen shots below.  Once the mission ended and the remaining players selected a new mission I was teleported to the railjack.

     This statement is dead wrong and incorrect.  The devs have said repeatedly the game is all about high mobility and making the player feel incredibly powerful.  The game was literally designed from the ground up to make you feel fast and powerful.

    The whole point of a raid is to walk into something challenging that you and your group of friends don't know how to beat and work towards learning how to beat it the raid .the game should not give you all the answer to beating it . WOW raids are much harder then anything currently in warframe and they don't have step by step instructions and people still manage to beat them.  Raids are a thing some people are eather willing to put the work into for the challenge they provided others don't it's just when way it is.

  4. This switch at the last second is something that rarely if ever happens to me however honestly the biggest problem I have with it is the game does not change the spawn rate to match the smaller team.  I have had people leave last second and then I failed a wave that I have soloed countless times all because the game did not rebalance spawn rates when the number of players was reduced. Adding a code that proactively changes spawn rates on the fly when someone leaves would go a long ways to helping those who get left by a troll.

    This is case and point sounds like the OP did a lot of clicking without reading everything was in the open no one was trying to pull a fast one. I signed up got my free stuff then cancelled.  Simple easy and spelled out for everyone who could be bothered to read.

    That "boss" fight and the operators clunky controls will most likely just annoy me so much all the quest will leave in my mind is a sour taste

    I enjoyed the quest but agreed about operator combat it needs some refining to make it a little more enjoyable.

I think rivens are working fine as is been using a karak wraith in level 100 shortie missions for a while now do to a riven mod I got would likely never use that gun in shortie even tho I happen to like that gun with put the riven mod.  After rolling a number of times I ended up with a riven that gives 200% damage and 128% status chance and that helped the gun a lot altho I got lucky getting that in a small number of rolls.

     

    As far as trade chat goes if you get a riven for a gun you are not interested in well sell it in trade chat for a healthy amount of play and buy a riven for a gun you want with the stats you want

Honestly I would like to see the shortie reward system that is a hybrid RNG coin system.  There are some things that i feel simply should stay RNG rewards such as riven mods and legendary  cores.  So how this system would work the reward pool would stay as is and you would get an RNG reward as you do now only if it happens to be something you don't want or need you can turn in that reward for coins you could use to buy something you really want however you would not be able to use those coins to buy riven mods or legendary cores or anything else DE would feel uncomfortable being a thing that could be got by simply saving coins while things like focus lens or endo could be gotten with the coins.

    Hell I"m starting to wonder if I was just doing it wrong by wanting to keep his armor buff going full time.

    Having a range build for reckoning means more rad procs.  You don't have to build to keep his 3 up at all times if you do not prefer that. His kit can be modded a number of ways to fit your play style and the kind of support your squad is looking for.

    This is true his CC is of some real value.  I amity do not have a range mod but I tend to focus and countering smaller groups of enemies rather then whole rooms but either way he sits much better then he did be for the rework and seems to suffer more from people under valueing his kit as a whole then anypitt fall his kit may or may not have

    I agree with this and my build allows me to keep his 3 up at all times plus strip armor and spread rad procs like candy.  His 2 does not have a long duration but honestly not that big of a deal as I am actively casting it under enemies that I want to strip armor from rather then waiting for them to come to me.

     

    As far as range goes not sure why you build for range for renewal group up cast and you are good to go the team will keep the armor buff and receive heals for the rest of the mission regardless of range as long as you keep channeling it and they dont fall off a cliff or do some other thing that tends to reset buffs

I don't get this compare Oberon to other tank frames thing that's going on.  People are talking as if the health regen from his 3 only applies to him but it in fact applies to the hole squad.  Think Nidus and his passive health gain makes him a good tank.  Well take him on a mission with a Oberon build to keep his 3 up all the time good luck killing that Nidus now with some armor damage reduction and all that health being gained back he is get pretty damn unkillable same goes for inaros and other tank frames.  Oberons power comes from his ability to make his team even more unstoppable his role is not to be a discount tank him self don't even know why people are even discussing him as such.  Sure you could argue trinity is a better healthier but you won't see a trinity controlling the battle field and playing with the level of offensive  capability that Oberon has either.  A different way to look at it to is Oberon brings healing plus utility while trinity enables others to bring utility.  Oberon is a support frame that makes his team stronger while being able to bring the fight him self as well. it's a matter of wether or not you want the support frame to proved the utility or enable others to bring utility.

    Oberon needs a real rework not a glorified tune up. I mean what happens Harrow releases and he takes even more away from Oberon. Combine his abilities don't force synergy play up the theme so much harder or get rid of one and focus on the other.

    to be fair no can do the job oberon can do dont know of a frame that can channel a heal and armor buff forever (assuming they fix his energy hunger problem) strip armor cause rad procs that cause enemies to kill and shoot each other in stead of you plus instant revive pets plus increase to time we have to revive a squad mate.  I think a lot of people are unfairly underrating oberons new kit and how usefull it really is ( i myself was at one point included in this group) if they fix his energy problems he is going to be a frame I have no problem taking to a lvl 100 shorty mission.

    this so much this the extra cost is a little over kill.  I have tried a few different builds and all worked well just can seem to get the energy costs down enough to be as effective as he could be

    His pet revive passive is instant the sec your pet goes down it's back up happens so fast if you are not watching closely you will miss it. But it only happens once.

  16. The amount of energy needed to keep Oberon going seems to be a common theme. I tend to agree that he is to energy hunger and needs more work in that area you can make Oberon do some work when you have the energy to do so it's just not easy finding the energy needed to make him do work.

  17. After playing oberon Some more I have a revised option of him.

    Has first ability after the hot fix I feel is now in a good spot and no longer needs any more changes.

    His second ability feels good as well but the range could be a bit bigger.  I feel with its current range its to difficult to make a meaningful use of the buffs and debuffs his 3 and 4 ability have on enemies and squad mates who are standing on the area effected by his 2  Also feel that the armor buff needs to have a longer timer just feels to short for the amount of energy involved in getting it to justify its short duration.

    His 3 feels fine as is with the exception of the armor buff as already stated.

    I still strongly feel his 4 should cause enemies that are slamed into the ground to become dazed and take longer to recover for the knockdown this does not have to be a long duration but would make his 4 a little more useful as armor stripping can done so many other ways with so much less effort its just not useful to strip armor in the manner oberon does it when it can be done by doing something as simple as equipping a mod like corrosive projection or bring a status weapon.

Well his one for sure needs to do way more damage it faili g to one shot a level 1 normal heavy gunner at 350% power is just sad embers 1 can one shot a level 1 heavy gunner with a lot less power.  However if they wont it to be more CC then damage dealing they can leave the damage where it is and give it a lot more base range then what it has so it can be effectively use for CC.

    His 2 I needs to be a little more usefully should cause enemies to slow down while talking on it or something just need utility that can do something a little more worth.

    His 3 needs to have unlimited range if you want it to have a chance of competing against a frame like trinity that can heal give damage immunity and plus bring an additional ablity that gives energy. 

    His 4 should cause the enemies to become dazed or something after being slammed into the ground cause them to lay there for some time be for getting back up.
