[Mission Failed On Revive]

Doing solo missions at Eris. One exterminate, one mobile defense. I died once in both missions, on attempting to use a revive my warframe goes through the revive animation and then I'm given the "Mission Failed" message. Checking the arsenal, the revive was not consumed.
