What happens if part 3 is finished before the 5 day limit? Will people still be able to grind for 100 points?

Have you considered fixing the issue where only the host of a match gets the drop from a boss if he kills it? Provided that you read the thread about it...

Same here.
I killed the Hyena with a friend who was host. He got the control modules and I got NOTHING.
DE should fix that, in case they don't have more important things to do like adding more unnecessary melee weapons.

And I have an addition:
i am pretty annoyed by switching warframes or weapons and having to look for my leveled mods between all that garbage I have. Why don't we go a step further and make "favorites" which are basically what OP said plus they get displayed first in the mod list when you equip them to a weapon. This way you have all your strong mods on the first page and can change equip them more easily.

Good idea.
I like the handling of Forma and platinum, because we all know that DE has to get the money somewhere. And one or two Forma per weapon is ok, you can get it from void missions or alerts.

I hate alloy plate, it's the worst part of this game.
You obviously never fought against Grineer Rollers.
Seriously, I would apreciate if blueprints required other ressources than alloy plates. 500 for the Hek, 350 for the Rhino Thrak helmet, WTF? Meanwhile I'm sitting on 2000+ Rubedo and a few gorillion Nano Spores.

I'm pissed too because of the mods, but let's not blame the grinders. It's not their fault DE is incapable of doing their job.
