[My Ideas For A Needed Limbo Rework]

I totally aggred with rift surge need a buff for when you are outside the rift, But Limbo would work better spreading status in the field, let's say he have high chance of doing radiation and magnetic with cataclism, that can work better since he can have a very big AoE. Rift walk is good as a energy mine but could do some debuff to alies or buff Limbo's fisical damage.
