Same here, ive been experiencing that same problem.."Failed to connect to chat server:disconnected" and after that comes the"Error 10053" (sometimes Error 10054) and i cant pm anyone (i can but very rare)...at first i thought it was probably on my end, but after i reinstalled the game, checked firewall & antivirus i confirmed that it wasn't.
Hope it gets fixed soon, loving the new update so far...except for the issues obviously lol.
